Ordering

You may order online and use PayPal.  You may order by phone by calling 775-424-6565 or you may order by U.S. Mail.

Please send your exact head size measurement in inches with your order. 

Please feel free to email or call us with any questions or to let us know that intend to place an order.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard or a personal check.

Shipping

A custom –made hat may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.  We will advise you at the time you place your order as to when you may expect your new hat.

Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless another means is requested.

If you are ordering online, shipping will be calculated for you.  If you order by mail or phone, please include $15 for shipping.  Nevada Residents, please include 7.375% sales tax.  If you require shipping outside the U.S., please advise us and we will calculate the shipping for you.

Your purchase will be insured for its full value. A tracking number will be sent to you when your package is shipped, please contact the carrier immediately  if the contents are damaged.

Return Information

We will make every effort to assure that your new hat is just what you ordered. 

We cannot, however, accept returns on custom orders.

If you wish to exchange merchandise that is part of our regular inventory, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  We will issue a return authorization number that must be written on the outside of the box.

Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, with tags attached.  Please repackage carefully.
