If you love simplicity, you will love this hat.
It is a chic combination of classic style and subdued color. They will notice the hat but will see you.
This hat was hand blocked and shaped from fine wool felt. It's a soft felt that made up into a softer hat. it has plenty of body and form, but it isn't a helmet. As you wear it, it will conform to your preferences.
The color is a medium gray with a band of rayon petersham ribbon in a lighter gray. The side trim was made from some of the scraps that I had left from the hat body after I shaped and trimmed it. This type of trim was typical in 1920's hats.
The size is average - 22.5. This is the only felt body of this type so this hat is one of a kind.
Measure your head before ordering and include the measurement in the "notes to the seller". I must be sure the hat will fit you before I ship.
