Fashioned from fine, hand-woven, parasisal straw this is a folding hat with an upper circumference of approximately 9 " and a brim width of 3" . It is a versatile, lightweight, go-everywhere hat. You may forget that you are wearing a hat when you have this on.
The Parasisal straw is hand woven in Asia and takes an experienced weaver 5-7 days to make. I take their product, which looks like a bucket that you could never wear, and shape it into what you see in these photos.
This hat is a bright, coral red, a must have color for those "Springs" in the colors charts. The trim consists of a hand dyed, cotton gardenias and a narrow band of vintage kimono silk that allows to to adjjust the size to your comfort or remove as you wish.

This straw hat should not be worn in the rain.
Head size on this is 22 -23", but to insure a great fit, please include your head size measurement when you order.
