This one was handmade in black merino wool felt. Perfect for casual to dressy occasions.
It's a classic style with even sides all around. The trim is a steel gray ( with a faint blue tint) petersham, millinery ribbon. It has been hand applied around the edge of the brim and used as the hat band. The rest of the trim is a hand-made felt flower. It is sewn to the hat in a style of the 1920s called "felt work". A glass button finishes the piece.
