DetailsAbsolutely Stunning! That's you in this royal blue cloche. The base material is fine, handwoven, parasisal straw that was hand blocked on my copy of a 1926 hat block. The trim is a large cluster of matching velvet leaves, accented by a bouquet of small flowers in blue, lavender, and pink. The size is 22.5" and it can be reduced to 22".

This fine straw does not withstand heavy moisture. Please protect it from the rain. -
