DetailsA slouchy, wide-brimmed, rain hat in a high quality, red with black, polyester. It is woven on one side with red and black. The other side is plain red. It is a warm, muted red. The water repellent fabric is high quality and beautiful. It is soft and smooth. (I'm a fabric junkie, and it is exceptional.) The crown is scrunched to soften the look. The brim is 4.5 wide and can be worn up or down. It's lined in black, Bemberg rayon. It is sized for a 23" head, I can size it down to 22.5 - just let me know.
