DetailsA slouchy, wide-brimmed, black rain hat in a high quality, water repellent fabric from a famous fashion house. The fabric is high quality, glossy and beautiful. The crown may worn at full height of 4" or scrunched to soften the look. The brim is 4.5 wide and can be worn up or down. Hat and under brim are lined in soft red and black checked flannel. lined It is sized for a 22 5/8 " head, I can size it down 1/2" - just let me know.
