DetailsThis bright, little hat is so1920s! It's entirely handmade of quality wool felt, partially blocked and partially hand sculpted. The trim is a vintage "ribbon feather". It was hand made by stitching grosgrain ribbons together- fabulous! Color is bright red. Sized for 22-22.5 " heads. It will sit a little lower on a size 22.
