DetailsA slouchy, wide-brimmed, rain hat in a stunning, navy blue! The water repellent fabric is high quality and beautiful. It is soft and smooth. (I'm a fabric junkie, and it is exceptional.) Fully extended the crown is almost 5" tall, but it can be scrunched down to suit your preference. Brim is 5" wide and can be worn up or down. It's lined in upcycled kimono silk. Please measure your head to be sure 22.5" is the right size.
