DetailsEnjoy a hat-look without a hat! This black velvet head band is glamorous and feather-light. It is embellished with a vintage berry spray and fine, silk satin It is lined with black taffeta. The frame was handmade from strong millinery wire so it is easy to make slight adjustments for a comfortable fit. The band measures 3"at the widest point. It is about 2.25 " high, and 14" from side to side over the head. It should not interfere with glasses.
