DetailsHoliday Ready! This luscious panne velvet headband is glamorous and feather-light. Panne velvet is manufactured so that it changes color in the light- beautiful shades of green here. This headband is 1.5" at the widest point , approximately 1/2 " in height at the center, and measures 17" from side to side. It is designed to sit behind the ears. The frame was handmade so you can make slight adjustments for a comfortable fit. There is an elastic at the back to keep the headpiece secure.
All returns must be unworn with tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn will be returned to the buyer. -
